We are currently hiring for the role of General Manager, a vital leadership position within our rapidly expanding business as we open a new restaurant approximately every two days. General Managers at Chipotle are instrumental in steering the operations of their restaurants, acting as the captains of the ship who drive team performance, ensure excellent guest experiences, and execute the company’s mission of making better food accessible to everyone. This role requires someone with a robust business acumen, including strong expertise in profit and loss management, food safety regulations, sales forecasting, and staffing.
The General Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of employees who share a passion for leadership and guest satisfaction. This leadership role oversees the preparation of safe and delicious food presented in a well-organized and sanitary environment, all while creatively engaging with the community through marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and outreach programs. The ideal candidate embraces a friendly and enthusiastic approach, coupled with a strategic mindset to grow both the team and the business effectively.
