The University of Evansville is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill the seasonal Front of House (FOH) Lead Supervisor positions within its Residential Dining Services located at 1800 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN. This role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment and wish to develop their leadership and supervisory skills. The FOH Lead Supervisor will take a hands-on approach in managing food service operations, focusing on delivering top-quality products and excellent customer service. With a competitive pay range of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, this seasonal role requires flexibility to work Monday through Sunday during hours between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm, with specific shifts discussed during the interview process.
As FOH Lead Supervisor, the individual will lead and monitor the food service operation to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization. Responsibilities include inventory management to minimize waste and maximize valuation, ensuring all staff remain productive and adhere to quality assurance standards, and verifying that marketing materials and signage are always current and appropriate. Additionally, this supervisory role requires upholding all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both company and client expectations. The FOH Lead Supervisor will also perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of campus dining services.
