The role available is that of a Concierge, a pivotal part-time position that operates primarily during specific shifts on weekends, including Friday and Saturday nights from 12am to 8am, as well as Saturday and Sunday days from 8am to 4pm. The Concierge serves as a central point of contact for residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure maximum satisfaction for all community members. With responsibilities ranging from managing inquiries and providing concierge services—such as assisting with dinner reservations, transportation, and housekeeping coordination—to ensuring the safety and security of the residential community, this role is critical for the smooth, comfortable operation of the facility.
The Concierge embodies professionalism and extensive customer service skills while maintaining confidentiality and respect for the residents. The position demands excellent communication abilities, multitasking between administrative tasks and emergency response duties while preserving a calm and courteous demeanor in a dynamic environment. The Concierge contributes to fostering positive relationships within the community, addressing concerns promptly, and serving as a liaison to multiple departments to facilitate seamless resident experiences. Additional duties include assisting with administrative support, maintaining logs and records, and upholding the property’s appearance and security protocols.
