Silverado Sierra Vista is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This role is integral in establishing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, and guests as they interact with the community’s front desk. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented professional who is organized, empathetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Acting as the first point of contact, the receptionist will maintain the professionalism and compassion that Silverado is known for, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported from the moment they enter the community. Duties will include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and checking in visitors, managing mail, maintaining resident and associate records, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This part-time PM shift position requires shifts on Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday, with hours designed to support community needs and provide flexibility. The pay for this role is competitive at $18 per hour, reflecting the importance Silverado places on these front-line roles. • High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working with animals
• Physically able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
