This position for Restaurant Assistant General Manager and Front of House Manager is critical within Hai Hospitality’s leadership framework and offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about food, people, and exceptional service. The role requires the individual to work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop and maintain service standards that ensure unforgettable dining experiences for guests. As a key leader on the front of house team, the Assistant General Manager will be responsible for managing a talented group of service staff, driving operational excellence during service hours, and supporting overall restaurant profitability and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring prior management experience from high volume, full-service restaurants and demonstrate strong operational knowledge including P&L analysis, inventory management, and food and beverage operations. This position demands excellent communication skills, a hands-on management approach, and a proactive mindset to resolve challenges swiftly while inspiring the team towards continuous improvement. Evening and weekend availability is essential to meet the needs of the restaurant's busy service periods.
