The role being offered is that of a Bartender, a vital position within Kinseth Hotel Corporation's food and beverage operations. This is a full-time position that involves mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons in a courteous and professional manner. The Bartender plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing prompt and friendly service, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining an organized and attractive bar area. - High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- certification in alcohol awareness either prior to hire or immediately after hire
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to follow KHC policies and procedures including dress code and safety standards
- must be of legal drinking age in the relevant state
- reliable and professional appearance
