The Lead Server II is responsible for preparing dining areas, ensuring food safety, managing dining room logistics, and guiding other servers to uphold standards and complete tasks efficiently. Compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay rate up to $18.31 per hour based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
