The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in a mid to high-volume Food & Beverage operation, preferably within the hotel industry, though relevant restaurant experience is also valued. You will be responsible for directing and organizing the daily activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain outstanding quality and service standards that align with our brand's premium reputation. In this role, you will plan and execute strategies that optimize food and beverage quality, control costs efficiently, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
