This pivotal role involves overseeing our dynamic Food & Beverage departments, which include a team of approximately 60 professionals who operate within our various restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in a mid to high-volume Food & Beverage operation, preferably within the hotel industry, though relevant restaurant experience is also valued. You will be responsible for directing and organizing the daily activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain outstanding quality and service standards that align with our brand's premium reputation.
