The Concierge position at Discovery Management Group plays a pivotal role in the community’s daily operations by serving as the welcoming presence for guests, residents, and employees. The Concierge manages all incoming and outgoing communications including telephone calls and messages with accuracy and professionalism. They provide valuable information to residents and visitors, enhancing their experience within the community. Key responsibilities include greeting guests and residents, answering inquiries, directing visitors, handling appointment scheduling for residents, and maintaining organized and neat reception and entry areas. The Concierge also supports other administrative functions such as collating marketing brochures, preparing meal tickets, updating resident phone lists and logs, distributing mail, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role is vital in facilitating smooth communication and operations within the senior living community.
Discovery Management Group seeks candidates with a high school diploma or GED preferred and one to three years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication, with a genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
