We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Head Cashier to join our front-end team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient checkout operations while delivering outstanding customer service. The Head Cashier is responsible for supervising and supporting Cashiers, expediting price checks, approving transactions, and managing markdowns across various service points, including mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. This position also serves as the first level of escalation for customer concerns and assists in the coaching and development of Front End Associates by actively participating in training programs and using various tools to enhance team performance.
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience as a Cashier, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires excellent communication, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
