The Assistant Kitchen Manager at Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant plays an integral role in managing kitchen operations at the Nashville location. This full-time, exempt, and at-will position requires a dynamic leader who adopts a hands-on and constructive leadership style to help maintain the restaurant's high energy and excellent standards. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, preparation, quality assurance, sanitation, and employee training across preparation techniques, portion control, cost management, and hygiene protocols.
