The Restaurant Supervisor I plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II by overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. When the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II are absent, the Restaurant Supervisor I assumes full responsibility for guiding the team and managing operational workflows. The Restaurant Supervisor I is tasked with maximizing customer satisfaction, managing team member engagement, and driving operational excellence. This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach, requiring the supervisor to assist across different positions as needed to help accomplish team goals. The position involves ensuring that the restaurant consistently meets its operational targets such as low dissatisfaction rates, high accuracy, and excellent customer feedback scores. The supervisor actively monitors all cash management policies and enforces compliance during their shift. Additionally, the supervisor is involved in training team members, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, controlling labor and food costs, and effectively addressing customer issues within 24 hours.
