The role available is for a Server at the Harvest Restaurant, which is part of the Thanksgiving Point complex. This part-time position offers a dynamic and engaging workplace where employees can thrive while helping guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. The server position is specifically geared towards those who are enthusiastic about working with positive people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to contribute to a team that values skill-building and customer satisfaction. It requires daytime availability only, with shifts capped at no more than 29 hours per week, and offers competitive pay structured as a $5 hourly wage plus tips during daytime shifts and $2.50 hourly plus tips for evening shifts, averaging around $20 to $25 per hour. In this role, employees will not only serve food but also engage warmly with customers, make knowledgeable recommendations about menu items considering allergies and preferences, and ensure timely and courteous service. Servers are responsible for setting up and maintaining their workstations, managing orders with accuracy, assisting in busser duties as needed, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.
