The Wellness Coordinator position is a key role within Decatur Morgan Hospital, reporting directly to the Director of Occupational Medicine. This role is integral in planning, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs targeted at various industries in Morgan County. The coordinator is responsible for organizing onsite events such as biometric screenings, audiograms, vaccine clinics, student credentialing, surveillance monitoring, physicals, and drug screens. They must excel in managing complex logistics, coordinating with company representatives, and ensuring all events run smoothly with the necessary equipment and supplies. Additionally, the coordinator supports wellness initiatives through effective marketing, communication, and community outreach, promoting healthier lifestyles and preventative care among employees and industry partners. In this dynamic role, the Wellness Coordinator is required to manage and analyze health program data using platforms such as Microsoft Office, Systoc, and ShoeBox, thereby assisting in the measurement of program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions. The role also involves close collaboration with healthcare providers, community stakeholders, and corporate partners to enhance wellness services and expand outreach efforts. Furthermore, the Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in managing budgets and resources allocated for wellness programs in order to maximize impact and efficiency.   • Medical/clinic experience required
