In this role, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences that reflect the values and mission of the Kroc Center. The core of this position is to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative. Key duties include selling and verifying memberships, processing program registrations, and handling merchandise transactions using a point-of-sale system. The Front Desk Associate will also provide facility information, conduct tours for prospective and current members, and manage all incoming communications efficiently by answering and routing phone calls as necessary. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
