The role of Events and Facilities Project Manager at Cascade PBS is a dynamic and integral position. The Events and Facilities Project Manager is responsible for overseeing stand-alone and partner events, managing registrations, vendor relationships, and coordinating sponsorship deliverables—all while maintaining alignment with Cascade PBS's strategic goals and values. Beyond event execution, this role includes managing facilities and event-centered projects from initiation through completion. The incumbent will develop detailed project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes aligned with organizational objectives. Working closely with multiple departments including Finance, Legal, Design, Marketing Communications, and Technology, this role facilitates seamless interdepartmental collaboration. Proficiency with project management tools and a capacity to manage complex logistics and communication channels are essential. The position also includes responsibilities such as maintaining event storage, ordering event collateral, and coordinating off-site community marketing events. This role requires a professional who excels in organization, problem-solving, and communication. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines, the successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills are needed to engage effectively with event participants, donors, board members, and internal teams. The role involves some physical requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, including travel within Washington State and occasional trips to Canada.   • Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • three years of experience in event coordination
