• Minimum age 18 mandatory
• high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in bakery or related field
• completion of company orientation, safety training, and eCommerce online ordering training upon hire
• ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment with detailed and precise tasks
• ability to work with customers while staying attentive to their needs
• capability to constantly stand, reach at waist, grasp
• capability to occasionally walk, reach at overhead, shoulder, knee, floor
• capability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, arm push/pull, pinch, and utilize fine motor skills
• ability to occasionally be exposed to wet, cold, hot conditions, and loud noise
• ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• ability to manage loads exceeding 25 lbs with assistance or by following safe lifting practices
