This position is located in Merriam, KS, and is seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join the team. The Receptionist plays an integral part in emergency response by alerting specified individuals and agencies as needed. Furthermore, the incumbent coordinates discharge planning with residents, families, and related healthcare personnel, arranges consults, and participates actively in quality assurance processes to uphold federal and state compliance requirements. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, as is effective communication with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and community representatives.
