The role of Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate at Village of Meyerland is essential in maintaining a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for residents, families, guests, and staff. This part-time position requires working primarily weekend night shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including holidays, emphasizing the importance of reliability and availability during non-standard hours. The hourly pay rate is $14.00, reflecting a competitive wage for the responsibilities involved. The Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate acts as the first point of contact, responsible for greeting residents and visitors warmly, assisting with inquiries, and managing the flow of public traffic efficiently. Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of common areas is also a vital part of this role to uphold the community’s welcoming appearance. The position entails a variety of administrative and security duties such as answering telephone calls, monitoring emergency systems like fire alarms, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting with meal ticket sales. In addition, associates support the sales and marketing team by managing inquiries effectively, scheduling interviews for job applicants, and participating actively in the community’s emergency response team.
Security responsibilities include observing and preventing suspicious activities, vandalism, or theft through vigilant surveillance and appropriate response. This multi-faceted role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.  - Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
 - Valid Texas Driver's License required
