The Cocktail Server position is a critical role within our team, responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, taking beverage and food orders promptly, and ensuring all guests enjoy their experience to the fullest. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage with guests in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy in order handling, and compliance with all legal regulations related to alcohol service. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about our menu items, able to suggest and upsell food and beverage options, and collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service. The position demands physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and movement throughout the venue during shifts. This full-time or part-time position may include night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on the venue's operating hours. - Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- must be able to efficiently and safely stand and move about the entire facility during each shift
- bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting
- meet state legal age requirements
- alcohol awareness certification and/or valid health/food handler card
- at least 1 year of serving experience in a fast paced food and beverage venue
- ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- fluent in English
