The Alcohol Control Supervisor role at Aramark is crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant environment for the service, distribution, and control of alcoholic beverages at collegiate events and venues. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of alcohol service operations during events such as sporting events, concerts, and special functions on campus. The Alcohol Control Supervisor ensures strict adherence to university policies, state laws, and company standards, maintaining both safety and professionalism throughout each event. This position includes supervising alcohol service staff to guarantee compliance with responsible beverage service protocols including ID verification and refusal of service when appropriate. Inventory control is a key responsibility, requiring the maintenance of accurate records and oversight of secure storage and distribution of alcoholic products. Coordination with event managers, security personnel, and campus officials is essential to ensure smooth and safe alcohol service. The Alcohol Control Supervisor also plays a vital role in training and supporting team members on alcohol policies and procedures, responding promptly to any incidents involving alcohol, and assisting with post-event reporting and reconciliation of alcohol sales and inventory. This position demands a high level of leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in collegiate or large-scale event environments, familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools, and the capability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail are preferred.
