The available position is for a Warehouse Porter, a critical role within the warehouse team. This temporary role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to OSHA guidelines and internal standards set by Imperial Dade. Scheduled from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, the position requires occasional overtime to meet operational needs. The Warehouse Porter is responsible for preserving the orderliness of both warehouse and office areas, ensuring all floors, walls, and guardrails are regularly cleaned and maintained. Mastery in operating essential warehouse equipment such as forklifts, trash compactors, floor scrubbers, and cardboard bailers is also required. Beyond these tasks, the Porter will support the team with additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the operations. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous warehouse experience as a Porter or in a similar capacity, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.
