The Warehouse Associate role at OES Equipment is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of warehouse activities and inventory management. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, loading and unloading delivery trucks, preparing orders for shipment, signing for deliveries, and conducting inventory cycle counts. Additionally, the role involves equipment and material handling, palletizing, maintaining bin location accuracy, and general warehouse upkeep including organizing and cleaning.
This position also may require the Warehouse Associate to assist with dispatching drivers and serving as a backup driver or runner when necessary. Participation in ongoing process and safety training is essential to uphold the company’s high standards and maintain a safe, productive work environment. Candidates with experience operating construction equipment, forklift, or aerial lift certification are preferable, but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office Excel and basic knowledge of rental management software are advantageous.
