The Warehouse Associate role at FDH Aero offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the aerospace supply chain operations. This role involves managing work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions while overseeing the receipt, storage, packaging, and distribution of aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE). The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of inventory processes across all business units of the company. Responsibilities include inspecting aircraft parts, correctly receiving inventory into software systems, handling the loading and unloading of shipments, and preparing parts using specific packaging methods that comply with customer specifications. The role requires detailed documentation of inventory through traceability procedures, along with maintaining quality service standards through adherence to organizational practices. In addition, warehouse associates participate in physical inventory counts and collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply requisitions. The position calls for candidates who have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Importantly, candidates must meet regulatory requirements of the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), as the position demands access to sensitive information subject to export control laws. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• US Person status as defined by ITAR regulations
• Regular and predictable attendance required
• Basic computer skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (green card holder) or asylee/refugee as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
• ITAR compliance required
• Some positions require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements
