Currently, Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their innovative and growing team. This full-time role operates Sunday through Wednesday on a 4x10 schedule from 11 AM to 9 PM and offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour with an additional $2 per hour for candidates holding a CDL Class A or B license. The position also includes shift differentials and quarterly bonuses of up to $1,000, totaling as much as $4,000 annually. 
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in coordinating warehouse activities at the depot, such as receiving and loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring fleet upkeep and maintenance. Reporting directly to facility leaders, the associate will handle shipping materials to customers, weekly receipt of cooking oil tanker trucks, and adhere strictly to Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures for maintaining operational excellence and hygiene. Additionally, the associate is responsible for compiling corporate return orders and monitoring daily warehouse inventories, particularly cooking oil and mechanical parts, to ensure stock levels meet demand.
Fleet upkeep responsibilities include adhering to maintenance schedules, loading daily delivery routes, and ensuring routine facility cleaning. The position emphasizes safety, requiring participation in achieving the facility’s Safety Goal and performing regular verification checks on delivery truck flow meters to maintain compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards. Calibration of these meters is mandated if they fall outside acceptable tolerance levels, with proactive checks scheduled biannually to ensure optimal performance.
Candidates are expected to possess strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers to provide excellent service. Physical demands include the capability to carry weight up to 50 pounds by hand and several hundred yards by cart, unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, and reach, including climbing ladders up to 20 feet high. The ideal candidate must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record compliant with Restaurant Technologies’ fleet safety policies, and be proficient in using a smartphone to support daily operations.
