Presently, Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours from 9am to 6pm. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by managing outbound and inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and guaranteeing workplace safety and cleanliness. Compensation begins at $20 per hour and may rise based on experience, complemented by opportunities for bonuses or incentives. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to prepare customer orders, utilizing RF devices and technology to scan and sort products, wrapping and transporting pallets, and maintaining a clean work environment. Adherence to safety regulations including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with weight restrictions for harness use is mandatory in this role. In addition to direct warehouse functions, some individuals may also undertake driver responsibilities, underscoring the multifaceted nature of this position. This role offers an excellent entry point for individuals with 0-3 years of warehouse experience who are eager to contribute to a hardworking team in a fast-paced environment.
