Currently, Atria Senior Living is looking to hire part-time waitstaff to join their team. This role is essential to ensuring that residents enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience every day. Waitstaff are responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and providing attentive customer service that anticipates and meets the needs of the community members. The position offers on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience who are interested in beginning a career in the hospitality or senior living industry. The wage range for this part-time role is between $13.75 and $16.50 per hour, depending on an individual’s previous work history and experience.
As part of the Atria team, waitstaff will develop strong relationships with residents, helping to make them feel welcome and valued. They will review menus with residents and help familiarize new residents with the dining services provided. Additionally, waitstaff assist with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup during daily meals, special events, and banquets. They are also expected to uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards by cleaning and sanitizing dining room equipment and furniture regularly.
