As a Waiter/Waitress in our Burger King restaurant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, accurately recording customer preferences, handling cash and POS transactions, and resolving any guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Your role will also extend to verifying order accuracy, preparing and sealing food and drink items, and ensuring that all work areas—including the kitchen, countertops, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces—are consistently clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety protocols. The position requires multitasking abilities as you will assist in various stations such as the front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as is adherence to Burger King’s uniform and personal presentation standards. You will be expected to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment and demonstrate strong communication, math, and interpersonal skills. Dependability is key, supported by a reliable mode of transportation to maintain your schedule.
