The Bartender role at Ellore Senior Living is a full-time position that requires availability on weekends, offering a competitive pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. The bartender plays a vital role in enhancing the residents' experience by preparing and serving beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Responsibilities include selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving drinks to residents, family members, and visitors; taking and entering food and beverage orders accurately into the point of sale system; setting up and breaking down tables; and ensuring all serving techniques and etiquette are followed to maintain high standards of service. The bartender also ensures a safe and secure environment for all by adhering to established safety protocols and fosters teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. This role requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine desire to work with and care for elderly residents. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess the necessary communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and successfully pass background and health screening tests.
