We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team in the role of food and beverage service staff for the upcoming NBA season. The role involves efficiently taking food and beverage orders and delivering items to guests in the dining room with a warm and professional approach. Service excellence is key, as you will be expected to understand menu offerings thoroughly, advise guests when needed, and accommodate special requests including dietary restrictions and allergen information. Communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff is critical to ensuring orders are accurate and guest experiences are positive. Employees in this position will engage directly with guests, providing top-tier customer service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The job also includes handling cash transactions correctly, setting up and cleaning the dining area, and operating various equipment such as beverage machines and fire extinguishers.
