The available position at Carolina Meadows is for the Courtyard Pub Wait Staff. This job role focuses primarily on providing excellent customer service by greeting and serving residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and warmth. The wait staff plays an essential part in enhancing the dining experience at the community’s Courtyard Pub, which is an inviting social dining space for residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, serving meals and beverages, bussing tables, and managing any special functions from set-up to breakdown. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and follow sanitation and cleaning protocols thoroughly. This is a part-time position offering a competitive starting wage of $17 per hour. The work schedule is designed to be flexible and accommodating, featuring shifts that generally run from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and every other weekend.
