The role of the Restaurant Manager at Ruth's Chris is critical to the seamless operation and success of the restaurant. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Chef, the Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal leadership role by overseeing both the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams.
