The Room Attendant role at Andaz Maui offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to guest comfort and satisfaction. This role is focused on maintaining cleanliness and order in a designated set of guest rooms, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment. Key daily responsibilities include removing used linens and replenishing them with fresh, clean ones directly from the linen closet, vacuuming, dusting, organizing, and sanitizing all areas of the room following established procedures. Additional tasks involve bed making, clearing room service trays and dishes to service landings, and replenishing used minibar items daily. Moreover, the Room Attendant may be called upon to assist with house attendant or public area attendant duties as needed, demonstrating versatility and teamwork in the overall upkeep of the resort. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order. The compensation for this position includes a 90-day probationary hourly rate of $21.77 and a regular hourly rate of $25.61 thereafter.
