The role requires a dedicated and hands-on individual who will inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings while ensuring that vacant apartments and storage areas are clean, neat, and ready for turnover processes. This individual will also perform minor maintenance tasks, assist with make-ready activities, change locks when necessary, and manage resident communications and safety notices. By supporting the service team members and collaborating with supervisors and property managers, the employee helps foster a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment. This position demands flexibility, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to handling diverse tasks such as safety inspections, trash removal, and property upkeep. The hourly wage range for this position is between $17.00 and $19.00, with compensation influenced by experience, geographic location, and business needs. Additional compensation opportunities through bonus programs may be available depending on position and performance metrics. • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license
