The role of Line Cook I at The Lodge at St. Edward Park is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about creating menu magic and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The position involves preparing new menu items and fulfilling daily preparation requirements while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. As a Line Cook I, you will also provide guidance to fellow line cooks, conduct inventories, and ensure that food preparation areas remain clean and well-organized. This role requires proficiency in cooking procedures, including the ability to open and close the kitchen efficiently and accommodate customer needs promptly.
