The role of Vice President, Food and Beverage at JW Marriott is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing all facets of the food and beverage (F&B) department within a resort or hotel property. With at least ten years of leadership experience in upscale resort or hotel settings, the successful candidate will excel in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities while inspiring and fostering a culture of excellence among the team. This role also ensures compliance with necessary certifications including health, alcohol awareness, gaming and safety standards.
