The role of Vice President, Food and Beverage at JW Marriott is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing all facets of the food and beverage (F&B) department within a resort or hotel property. This role demands strategic vision and operational expertise to drive both short and long-term growth and profitability for the F&B division. The VP leads initiatives to ensure the highest standards in food quality, guest service, cost control, and compliance with company policies are maintained consistently. This includes developing innovative outlet concepts, refreshing existing operations, and leveraging analytics to measure and improve department performance. This role also ensures compliance with necessary certifications including health, alcohol awareness, gaming and safety standards.
