The bar manager will serve as an acting manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager, demonstrating versatility and leadership across the entire restaurant operation. The Bar Manager is responsible for supervising all bar activities to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered consistently. They will lead a team of bartenders, providing continuous training and coaching to develop their skills and maintain morale. This position requires monitoring beverage production and costs, controlling waste, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality and safety of all beverage products. The candidate will be adept at local marketing and promotional efforts that align with operational playbooks and manuals to enhance sales performance.
