This role within NVA is centered on providing excellent, efficient client service at one of their veterinary hospitals. The position involves greeting clients and their pets warmly, answering questions, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and scheduling appointments. Employees in this role are also responsible for managing phone communications, including answering calls, screening for service needs, and coordinating appointments, which is critical to ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care. Administrative responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails, monitoring the cleanliness and organization of the client waiting area, and accurately documenting client information and service details using business operations software. Roles of this kind are the frontline of the veterinary experience – helping to make every visit positive and managed with professionalism and care. Employees may also need to escalate more complex issues to senior staff members, ensuring that clients receive the support and solutions they need without delay.
