This role requires a blend of excellent driving skills, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations. The Van Driver will report directly to the Front Office Manager and Supervisor and is expected to represent the hotel’s standards in every guest interaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries, parking vehicles safely using claim tickets to ensure proper handling, and facilitating smooth traffic flow around the hotel’s entrance areas. This position requires the ability to multitask effectively under pressure and the physical capability to load and unload luggage and other packages.
