The role of Van Driver/Warehouse Associate at City Electric Supply is a key position that embodies the company’s commitment to high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery, including carefully packing orders to ensure they are prepared correctly for delivery, planning and mapping efficient delivery routes, managing delivery paperwork, and maintaining the delivery vehicle’s cleanliness and safety records. The Van Driver/Warehouse Associate is also deeply involved in warehouse operations. Responsibilities extend to receiving incoming materials, organizing the warehouse to maintain an efficient workflow and work environment, shipping out materials for delivery, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and care. This position requires a professional who can multitask effectively, balancing vehicle operation duties with warehouse tasks. The Van Driver/Warehouse Associate is expected to display dependable customer service skills while assisting customers directly or supporting the counter staff as needed.
