The Concierge position at Vi Palo Alto offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly accomplished resident services team responsible for welcoming and directing residents and guests. This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities including answering resident questions, addressing simple resident needs, monitoring emergency response systems, and managing community communications by receiving and directing all incoming calls. The role demands excellent oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure while applying good judgment during emergencies. It is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service who are compassionate and can employ a resident- and customer-focused approach to problem solving. Prior experience in similar environments and current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred, or the ability to obtain these certifications promptly.
