The Valet Attendant/Driver position at Valley View Casino & Hotel is an essential role focused on delivering impeccable guest service and vehicle management within the property’s expansive parking facility. The primary responsibility of this role is the safe and efficient handling, parking, and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring that every visitor’s experience begins and ends with outstanding hospitality. This involves operating vehicles responsibly, adhering to safety protocols, and providing courteous transport services to guests as requested. This role demands a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to maintain positive guest relations through attentive service. The Valet Attendant/Driver will work under close supervision, relying on established guidelines and policies while exercising sound judgment in daily operations. This role requires physical endurance to perform duties involving vehicle parking and retrieval throughout variable weather conditions, making it suited for candidates who are physically active and customer service-oriented. The position also requires compliance with regulatory standards, including obtaining and maintaining a Tribal Gaming License, which is mandatory for all employees working within the casino environment. Working hours are flexible to accommodate the casino’s 24/7 operational schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. • High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid California Driver License and good driving record
• Must be insurable by Valley View Casino & Hotel's insurance policy
• Physical endurance and stamina for vehicle retrieval and parking
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and company policies
• Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions
• Ability to analyze problems and collect data
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Must maintain positive guest relations and exercise good judgment
• Must apply for and maintain Gaming License
• Must pass auditions, skill tests, and drug screening
