The role available is for a Parking Services Associate within Advocate Health’s Non Enterprise Corporate - Parking Department. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The pay range for this role is $18.50 to $27.75 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, skills, experience, and training. As a valued member of the team, the Parking Services Associate’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional hospitality and parking services to patients, guests, and staff. This entails greeting guests warmly with a helpful and caring attitude, ensuring all parking and vehicle retrieval services are performed promptly and safely. The associate maintains a clear and safe environment for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic and assists guests with directions, vehicle entry and exit, and the provision of wheelchairs when needed. Duties also include handling payments securely and correctly, completing necessary documentation accurately, and fulfilling all training requirements within the Medical Center and the department. The role occasionally requires driving a golf cart as needed to support operational efficiency. This position demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-first approach. The associate must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and handle varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, rain, smog, and vehicle fumes.
