T. F. North High School, a high-needs educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Cafeteria Aide to join its cafeteria operations team. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on education and verified experience. In addition to a reliable work schedule that spans approximately 180 days per school year, the position includes valuable benefits such as IMRF pension enrollment, paid breaks and lunch, sick and personal days, and other generous fringe benefits as provided by the current negotiated Agreement. The role requires physical stamina as the Cafeteria Aide will frequently be standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
