The Head Cashier role is pivotal in delivering excellent customer experiences by facilitating seamless checkout processes and supporting our Cashiers in their daily duties. This position demands an individual who can multitask effectively, handle customer escalations with professionalism, and contribute to the supervision and coaching of front-end associates. As a Head Cashier, you will act as a key point of contact for complex transactions, assist with training new Cashiers, and utilize available tools to develop the skills of the team. This role is integral to minimizing shrink through strict adherence to company policies and promoting product knowledge and selling opportunities among the cashier team. The ideal candidate will bring over one year of cashier experience and a passion for customer service excellence.
