Asbury is currently hiring for the position of Service Valet/Porter within its Herb Chambers division. This role serves as the initial point of contact for customers arriving for vehicle service. The Service Valet/Porter is charged with warmly greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, and facilitating a seamless check-in process. This role also involves the safe and secure movement of vehicles from the service drive to the service bays, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Service Valet actively supports the Service Advisor by maintaining order in the service drive and promoting effective communication across dealership departments. This position requires team members to work outdoors and on their feet for extended periods, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job. The role contributes directly to enhancing the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by following structured procedures for vehicle delivery and customer interaction.
