The Shuttle Driver/Valet position at Banks Chevrolet is a part-time role within the Service department, offering full-time hours and comprehensive benefits. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services between the dealership and customer locations. The Shuttle Driver/Valet will operate dealership vehicles, ensuring following all state and local driving regulations while upholding the company’s standards for safety and customer care. The schedule includes availability on Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This role is essential in maintaining a timely and consistent shuttle route, effectively communicating with customers and dealership staff, and ensuring the vehicles used are kept in good working condition by promptly reporting any maintenance issues. In this role, the Shuttle Driver/Valet will greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, assist passengers into and out of vehicles as needed, and interact respectfully and warmly with both customers and dealership employees. The ability to exercise good judgment and safety skills while driving is crucial, as is the commitment to providing exemplary service throughout each interaction.
