The Valet Parking Attendant role at PMC is a dynamic customer service position located in Cleveland, OH, offering both full-time and part-time employment options. The wage ranges approximately between $10.00 to $22.00 per hour, inclusive of base pay and tips, with the base rate starting at $8.50 hourly. This position reports directly to the Guest Service Coordinator and plays a critical role in creating the first and last impression of the company for guests by providing outstanding valet services. The attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, effectively managing traffic flow, and delivering exceptional guest service with professionalism and safety as top priorities. • High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
• Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
• Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
• Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
