As a Utility/Dishwasher Worker, you will be entrusted with creating positive guest experiences by ensuring hygienic workspaces, cleanliness of surfaces and kitchen equipment, proper refuse disposal, and assisting with guest requests when needed. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, refrigerators, and service counters; scraping food and washing dishes either by hand or in the dishwasher; and loading or unloading supply trucks. Apart from these tasks, employees will be required to manage food stock by stocking, dating, rotating, and checking food temperatures to comply with health and safety standards. The role requires keen attention to detail, physical stamina to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
