We are currently seeking a diligent and capable Kitchen Steward who will be responsible for maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary conditions. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen, as keeping the workspace clean and organized not only supports food preparation but also ensures compliance with health and safety standards. The Kitchen Steward will be required to understand and follow instructions and safety regulations, occasionally lift or move loads of up to 100 pounds, and operate food delivery carts efficiently. The position requires a flexible schedule, including rotating weekend shifts, with specific working hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The successful candidate will bring basic computer and mathematical skills and have the ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
